Public radio station broadcasting from Emerson College, WERS is facing the challenge of more competition than ever with streaming taking over listeners habits. We were challenged with creating a campaign that highlights why WERS is better than the algorithms that come along with online listening.
We reworked their logo for a modern look that still looks familiar to older fans, we added the “new.music.discovery.” tagline to the logo, gave them a new headline, and shot the ad on a shoestring budget with local artist, Paper Citizen as our model.
